Shipping policy

All physical prints, greeting cards, postcards and enamel pins are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

All tote bags, throw pillows, mugs, t-shirts and tanks, phone cases, and stickers are processed within 2 to 7 business days from a separate facility. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.

All orders are sent via United States Postal Service unless requested otherwise.

Candid Almond does not accept responsibility for delays or loss of packages caused by USPS or any other mail carriers used. However, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All domestic orders (within the US) are shipped free. Unless otherwise requested, orders will be sent via USPS First-Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days.

International Shipping
Candid Almond offers international shipping to all countries serviced by USPS at a flat rate of $14.99. Orders sent via USPS are estimated to arrive within 8 to 20 business days, however this may vary.

If you select UPS as your delivery option at checkout, the shipping charge and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Candid Almond does not accept responsibility for orders that are delayed because of the mail carrier or that are not received for reasons outside of our control. However, please contact us at if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time so that we can find a satisfactory resolution for you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Candid Almond is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
